What is your refund policy?
At this time, we will exchange T-shirts if you need a different size (while supplies last), but we cannot refund your purchase. As we develop this function a bit more, we aim to provide more possibilities. Thanks for your understanding. And we hope you love them as much as we do!
Regarding Booty Bands, we accept exchanges 4 weeks from the purchase date as long as there are no signs of wear and there will be a $7 restocking fee.
What size should I order?
We recommend reading the descriptions to check for the fit of the t-shirt/tank/band so you can order accordingly.
How do I track my package once it’s been shipped?
We’ll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
I’m having trouble with my tracking info.
Apologies! Sometimes the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll give you the inside scoop 😉
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Because we process orders within 1-2 business days, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they have been shipped.
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless it is a Federal Holiday.
